Run app after you close it a file "stat.htm" will be created. Give from average FPS from it. And your machine info.

Also suggest a free host in case angelfire doesnot respond. I havent downloaded it my self.

Im the original poster.

Thanx for viewing it. It isnt a game yet but in future it will be.

The demo feels better if you are in windowed mode OR having TimeDelta below 0.01.

FPS: 3
tDelta: 0.015000
Driver: OpenGL 1.2
(my dx9's 3d is $&%#$^%)
Windowed 640x480 of course.
2gbz, p4, xp professional..

lol, dont worry about that..my computer will never be fast in 3d again until i will find the update for my video driver (or find the os's cd to use dx8 back)..techdemo used 0 fps more than 1 fps in my computer :P (when i had to use the keyboard, in the beginning it was just 1 fps..lazy computer  )

Well, i ran it again, and this time looked at the stat.htm file, and here's what i got (doesn't seem right, does it?)

Average FPS : 692
Time Delta : 0.0017204

OpenGL @ 1280x1024, 32bpp, fullscreen

Average FPS: 58

Average TimeDelta: 0.0149434

AMD Athlon XP 1700+
640MB PC133 SDRAM
GeForceFX 5200 256MB DDR, GPU Overclocked to 280MHz

Found a little bug in the demo. If you stand on one of the high slopes and press "down" on the keyboard, the character slides down so fast that he falls through the floor. Other than that, it runs pretty nice. :D

AthlonXP 2000+, 512MB RAM, GF4 Ti4200 64MB
1024x768, 32bpp, fullscreen

DX8:
Avereage FPS: 56
Avereage TimeDelta: 0.0102891

DX9:
Avereage FPS: 64
Avereage TimeDelta: 0.0133095

OpenGL:
Avereage FPS: 443
Avereage TimeDelta: 0.00216076

I was realy suprised with OpenGL result, but i used FRAPS and get same result. Realy weird, especialy that i get similar results for both OpenGL and DX with Irrlicht Tech Demo for example.

Thats probably because Vsync is enabled for dx, but not for Ogl

Probably you are right. How to turn off vsync for nvidia cards in dx ? I look for that in drivers options bout found only for opengl.
