Freelance artist required for games company

Post by JP »

I know everyone struggles to find artists to work on their projects for free or little to nothing, but a games company which i have contacts with is in desperate need of an artist (maybe more than one) to do some freelance work for them. The company is called Asylum Entertainment and are based in London, UK (though i should think the artist can be based anywhere in the world).

If anyone is interested (or knows anyone who would be) then let me know and i'll pass on some more information.

Sorry for the sort of spam but i'm sure some people can benefit from this!

I'll still take it to the graphics forum since it is no Irrlicht project at all.

I'm swedish and most certainly interested, what kind of work would be required though? I don't do animation.

Check my website for some of my previous work.

You should at least include the kind of artist in such offers. :) Sound, 2d/3d graphics, etc?

What kind of artists (animation, modelling, pixel art, 2d, 3d) do they look for?

I can do practically all. Not saying I am interested, but have curiosity.

For isolate stuff, or full , large projects work?

Sorry! Didn't think to mention what type it was, my bad!

The stuff they need is some 2d cartoonish style backgrounds in the same sort of style as this:

Nothing ground breaking so shouldn't take too much effort hopefully.

@deesine: i'll put you in touch with the company tomorrow hopefully :)

Anyone else who's still interested can still be put in touch as well!

...looks like deformed for 360º panorama -or the like- stuff.... I worked in stuff like that...low machines are better in using that than 3d real time sceneries..
