Try this. I was able to made my head (3D model) for about 10 minutes.

and it is for free ya that is a very nice program,maybe i wouldnt head models anymore

I tryed it... its good... but i think im gonna stick to modeling my heads by hand... the meshes the program creates arnt really suited to be used in a game.

I didn't try it yet i just saw the screen shots and they are good

take a look at facegen. its not the cheapest one but the heads are exported in a defined format, all vertices in a nivce defined order, and can make facial expressions
