That said, it's just yet another post by an Ideas Guy wanting other people to work for free to implement his typically vague vision.

Heh, that should be required reading.
To be fair, this isn't the worst idea I've ever seen, but it's missing both broad strokes (is it a FPS? turn based?) and details (if you're not infected, why would you do anything other than gather in one big room and point guns at each other until the rescue ship arrives?).
