Is there ant tutorial for making particle affect like fire, fog, etc with irrlicht engine.

there's some!!
it's called Special Fx tut.. in examples dir...
chk it out
or just download irrEdit and push one particle system out there
look on it's property and try to modify it ... that will wake it more clearly!
