Irrlicht + Havok Physics + Havok Animation = ?

I think by now everybody knows Havok Physics and Animation SDK has gone (the standard edition) free
Infact Havok can be used for free for any <$10 price tag games, so most likely focused to freeware.
I have an old PC and years old. p4 2.6Ghz, 1GB RAM, Intel 82865G integrated Graphic card (no shaders), infact chokes for most games but when i downloaded and ran the Havok demos, they ran extremely well (CPU optimized against the agia physx GPU optimized one). I was really surprised at the amount of optimization those havok guys put in.
I was just going thru the whole mammoth documentation and realized how wonderful Havok toolkit is, probably may be not now but I will surely do a complete wrapper for irrlicht with havok in the coming months.
Why cant someone take up the wrapper or start a project for combining havok with irrlicht? (the more experienced)
