Meshes4.zip isnt available on server, nor are textures.zip and Readme.txt.

Ok there is no meshes4.zip, but the link to textures.zip is working. Just copy and paste it to your explorer address bar. 100% guaranteed.

Thanks for the support guys, I am improving the demo daily. Soon I will have version 0.2b online for you to download. The ideas I wanna add are space stations, space traffic and meteors and moons and asteroid belts.

when starting the Demo.exe, i get the warning:

was not able to create Direct3D8 device.
was not able to create DirectX8 device.
Could not create DirectX Driver.

what's the problem and how can i fix it?

Sounds like you do not have DirectX 8 or better installed on your puter... make sure you have the newest drivers for your video card too.
