Irrlicht Engine

Could someone please tell me if this pakage is the right one for getting DX9 into Irrlicht using Dev-Cpp:

What must be configured in the project options for making the application run instead of crashing?

I think if you want to make DX9 Application with DevCpp and Irrlicht you have to compile Irrlicht by yourself with DevCpp. Then you can use it.

But I don't know exactly I only think so.
