parallax in irrEdit

HI. My friend on another forum tell me that parallax mapping can be done not only in irrLicht but also in irrEdit.But i dont know how.it is possible???

I dont know of irredit(never tried it) but i know of irrlicht.
in Tutorial 11(click me go to go there) there is paralax mapping :) you can take a look at that

i know that.i can do parallax in irrlicht.i need know do it in irredit :)

Maybe the irrEdit docs or irrEdit forum would help more than asking here.

In the current version (1.5) IrrEdit does not support every Irrlicht feature. You can select it, but it has no effect.
I think parallax mapping is one of it. But better try it by yourself.

you can also read the console in irrEdit. It tells you the reason it wont work,

a) run the mesh through MeshConverter tool (in the sdk folder /tools in SVN version (not sure on 1.5 version)) and give the option for createTangents

i havent tried this but it says it needs EVT_TANGENTS.
