Sound effect for games

Hey there
Im about to finish my old project, got voices, etc.
But now im in need of sound effects (like crashing, sword slashing, etc).
Where do u guys get them?
Of course, i need it free...
I think thats one thing what u cant make at home XD
Can u suggest me something please?

I have a collection of wav files I got from a book titled "Game programming for teens" and some I found from a site that I can't remember. I don't think there are restrictions on using them, but I'm not 100% sure. I'll try and find out if you're interested

I read a nice article on gamedev.net last week that gave a nice insight into making game sounds yourself. But ... as I'm too lazy to do so I mainly use FindSounds.com.

soundsnap.com has good quality stuff, but I think new accounts don't get free downloads any more.
