There was a tutorial for irrlicht, but links seem dead:

Here`s some basic radiant tuts- should do the job (link borrowed from topic above):
http://www.leveldk.co.uk/tutindex.htm

As a whole, radiant can create nice maps, depending on the artist. It still has its advantages like lightmap baking, placing entities etc., I was using it for a while, but it`s quite old and now I don`t feel very comfortable working with it. BTW .pk3 is just renamed .zip.

PS: sorry for the offtopic.

In fact GTKRadiant and other Radiant Tools are very old and need urgently to be "remade"...
I use GtkRadiant and NetRadiant to make the maps.
At the very moment i posted about not be able to do lightmaps i did it, here some screenshots (same as before, now with shadow):

And i also dont link irrEdit, it takes forever to make lightmaps...
About exemple 21, it loads its own shaders and skyboy, and it changes my map a lot, breake my lights and my sky, makes it very dark. I cant use this :\ and i have no idea of how to change it

We have many more-than-needed multiplayer first person shooters... Why don't you create some singleplayer fps with a great story ;) ? We don't expect something crappy like doom, half-life, which only focuses on jump'n'crazy'shooting... :-P

Tru dat.

I liked HL2 story more though. I know it's a bit of a cliche, but a good one :)

The best story in the FPS genre has S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl and Call of Pripyat(not to mention awesome atmosphere)
irrRenderer 1.0
Height2Normal v. 2.1 - convert height maps to normal maps

Step back! I have a void pointer, and I'm not afraid to use it!
