[sarcasm]
Selling/Buying used games is piracy because developers (publishers) don't get money.

Lending games is piracy because developers (publishers) don't get money.

Piracy is considered to equal theft and is prosecuted as larceny in the US.

Larceny is a CRIME.

Ergo Buying/Selling/Lending (commercial or not) are LARCENY. THEY ARE CRIMES.

AND ALL OF US ARE CRIMINALS. SCUM OF THE EARTH LOWER THAN MURDERERS, RAPISTS, and even DOG RAPISTS.

BECAUSE WE (possibly) DEPRIVE THE POOR PUBLISHERS FROM REVENUES FOR (mostly out of print) GAMES MADE 5+ YEARS AGO. ( now that's residual revenue  )
