You discovered a bug in the engine, and you are sure that it is not a problem of your code? Just post it in here. Please read the bug posting guidelines first.
Ok so I've got this neat mi28 Helicopter in 3ds max, exported with Pandasoft X Exporter then loaded them into IrrEdit and did some animations on the rotors etc and saved it. But when I then open up the .irr file for a quick check with Meshviewer, all the normals are way above instead of on the chopper. Any explanations for this? [/img]
Yeah, than that's the problem's cause. The bone position is not properly updated for the initial frame's calculation of the normal positions. So the bones and vertices are updated to their initial frame, but the normals are positioned at the vertices base position.
