Model request

Well I started my project and started working on my models but for the main character I'm having trouble making the hair and I could use some help.

Problem:
well heres the model right now without the hair which is the problem.

Reference:
the image of the hair and head
All I need is the hair no textures or anything.

I understand that I'm new to this, its because I didn't know that there was a fourm. anyway I could really use the help.

Maybe ask around in the blender irc-chat. They are usually very helpful there.

They are really nice [ most of them ], and will gladly help out, keep in mind they *really* would appreciate it if you gave them something in return for their art.

I usually help out with blender3d modeling Python scripts.
