I made a maze which is randomly generated using the MeshBuffer, adding vertices and indexes automatically :]

This image is from my latest project called Equilibrium.
It's a MMOFPS that's being developed by my team. (Please visit our development blog http://rigid-soft.com if you want to support us :D).

Anyhow the picture shows what you can do with a little manipulation of models + shininess and correct placement of stuff and a neat little high poly dragon ^^.

I hope you like it :).

Is the HUD text supposed to be that blurry? (Daniel, lvl 153 etc)

Actualy no, we are still working on the HUD :) parts are done, like the chat and the exp bar, but the rest is actually a picture that is over the screen so I have a easier time developing and positioning the GUI when I work on it ^^ it's actually designed to be for 1024x720 (thats what I dev in) but the pic is taken in 1920x1080 :).

Regrettably I havent had time to fix the rest of the HUD just yet, cus I have been working on the map system which is turning out really great, my designers are able to create maps all by themselves in their tools and are able to use about 95% of all the irrlicht features like lighting, models of all type, etc etc etc ^^.
Working on a scripting system as well for them to be able to make more event based gaming as well. Also considering releasing our weather system, which has a PERFECT transition between night and day ^^.

I've been working on a new version (again) of Gekkeiju Online. It's far from ready (the world is still missing most shaders) but already decent enough for first preview screenshots.

The terrain is using texture splatting with 12 detail textures and a pre-calculated lightmap. Vegetation is batched and each vegetation mesh is transformed to correct position in vertex shader. Currently everything is done in 1 pass but I plan on adding post processing eventually.

So far the biggest change in the client is the streaming world instead of splitting everything into areas.

I set _IRR_MATERIAL_MAX_TEXTURES_ in the engine to 16 etc and use 3 detail maps. It does make the min requirements for the graphics card and pixel shader to be a bit higher though.

WOW nice i though 8 was the maximum it could be upgraded to i wrote a shader that can mix 7 texture based soly on one height map and was about to make it able to tile texture in an atlas to get around this

i guess this is gonna make me a little lazier but i won't have choice one day i can't just keep stacking textures or i could bring even my lappy to a crawl:roll:

@suvi
your tech has come a long way since you started the project, good to see irrlicht getting used for ambitious projects like this.
out of curiosity, which version of irrlicht are you using?
