Looking for human animation sheets

Hello, I have a rigged 3D model and now looking for some character animation sheets for some simple animations like walking, running, jumping and so on. Maybe any of you, guys, know, where one could find sheets for basic human animations? I tried animating without sheets myself, but movements always turn out to be very robotic and unnatural and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be highly appreciated.

check out "animator's survival kit" yeah its a book and it will help you a lot in polishing your animation skill. It has plenty of animation sheets included too.
