Hello everyone I am creating a game in which survival is shipwrecked on an island. take resources from plants, trees etc and build objects and houses made from blocks ... there is none that can help me with the graphics ...

Anyway, I would help you, but if it's just blocks I *assume* that you are looking for textures, I am a horrbile texturer

try FreeImageMixer, libnoise, accidental noise library, blender, gimp. Are all very usefull tools for textures.
