Title : Irrlicht OpenGL shadow mapping + some visual effects

Image

Notes :
Hello, I'm new on the forum and sorry for my english... because I'm French ! I'm working since 3 or 4 years on 3D Games using Irrlicht as the 3D engine, which I think is a very good engine. Now I can give you this render that represent all my work on this engine. The render was made with my World Editor, the software I'm developing for my team, in full screen. In parallel I'm developing the game engine and gameplay directly set up in the World Editor.
Current features :
- Bloom & Blur & BrightPass & Normal Mapping shaders for better results
- Shadow mapping using XEffect

I hope soon our project will be announced in the topic Projects Announcement of the the Irrlicht forum !

Fear From Eden
Image

This is the game I'm developing :D
The image is a hallway between two rooms.
I have included some effects, like Bloom, Noise filter, Light Mapping and Depth Shadow Mapping.

Don't you know that he is pixel addict? :D
AA could be interesting, but without AA it looks like good old games from Win98 times. Maybe it is an intended effect?

I don't like the noise, I hope it's only for a cutscene or similar, not the actual game.

Having all of the game have changing noise would be pretty bad. It's not like our eyes aren't noisy enough on their own.

I love pixel art  and In Frear From Eden, I make an exception, but without having the graphics of a PS3.
Maybe it is an intended effect?... yeahhh Until I found the scene as I wanted, i don't stop :P

There will be many people who do not like the effects of the game, but it's a game made for oneself.

Thank you all for your interest.
