that would still require me to actualy know how many object that can be loaded at max wich i don't because a simple change in the seed could cause a even bigger spike in the galactic core or an even lower density in the outer regions

No need to know in advance. In most pools, you start with a reasonable number, and when the pool runs empty, only then start allocating more.

Unneeded objects return to the pool, filling it back.
