The libraries included in the SDK doesn't include D3D9 rendering, so the library must be compiled. If someone wants some precompiled files, I shared them.

links appears to be dead. any chance for reupload. i dont need it right now but may be usefull at some point.

nonetheless, built some MinGW packages myself and posted in other forum topic...
