There's a lot of websites like that which offer (apparantly) really high quality models for free -
what most of them dont tell you is that the vast majority, maybe ALL their models, have been ripped out of commercial games illegally.

So absolutely NO, dont take the risk to use any models on that website in your own commercial game
there's a chance you can get away with it, but that's your gamble ;)

If you want nice models to use in your original games, hit-up Chois/BE3D or other indie modellers that can create custom models for you at very low prices

Unless you buy the models on online stores (TurboSquid, Evermotion, or the afore mentioned) don't use models from free sites because either have been ripped from games, or they have been aquired at online stores, and set them on the free site without license. Be careful man! :)

And even if you buy them read the license first. Because often the models do not have games in mind and restrict them with licenses which make them very hard to use in games. Especially when it comes to human models many might have been build with Poser which (at least in the past) doesn't allow you to distribute the model (so it can only be used in films, renderings, etc).

No, that's a derived work and also needs a license from the original copyright holder.
