Oh, if it's legal (copyright and so on) I would thank you to do so. If not, I'll buy the new c't myself *gg*

Really? Would be interested in the scan too. :) Or better: I'll buy the C't myself.

Update: I found the linkpage of this article at http://www.heise.de/ct/03/24/links/102.shtml

The description of the link to Irrlicht reads:
Irrlicht
Freeware-Grafikengine mit Quellcodes. Sauber geschrieben und dokumentiert, mehrere Plattformen.
Which means "Freeware graphics engine with source codes. Programmed and documentated clean, multiple platforms."

Not bad. :)

"Irrlicht ist ein guter Kandidat für den Einsteig in die Spieleprogrammierung. " :)

Interesting view. It would be cool to see some interface to the engine in visual basic or some other easy language :)

but i dont understand Mr. Clemens Gleich from C't who wrote it:
Under the top "game-engines" he compares
direct-x, irrlicht, 3d-gamestudio and Dark Basic Pro ???

direct-x is a graphic-interface of an OS but no game-engine ?
3d-gamestudio is 3D-modeller and animator but no game-engine ?

I totally agree, I was wondering myself. But I ignored it, I was too happy. ;)
