to all the programmers @ the irrlicht site i just
heard
about the recent site hack and im outraged that a
hacker
would do sutch a thing and im going to start off by
saying im a hacker my self and i would never degrade
myself by hacking a opensource website i just wanted
to tell you all that i understand how you feel about
hackers
now that your site has been hacked you think that all
hackers have no respect of your site well i do infact
thank you for what you all are doing and would be glad
to catch that little basterd that hacked your site.
like i said before i am a
hacker/programmer/gamedeveloper
and this type of stunt pisses me off . i come to your
site checking for updates and news and when i saw that
a hacker hacked your site witch happens to be my #1
GAME DEVELOPING SITE i was shocked and full of anger
and this looks like a haker that wants to get fucked
up and i know
you don't want whoever hacked your site to hack it
again or have an other hacker hack your site thats why
if you need any advise or a fellow fan of your site to
help and thank you once again

But, understandable. I was a hacker in the BBS days, and I would never have done something as malicious as that.

Wow.. someone else who remembers what a BBS is. I was using those up until 93 when the last one that was local to me closed up shop.

All the heavy lifting on site maintenance (patching and upgrades) is done by Niko, I just push the broom (forum cleanup/moving and removing posts/keeping things civil).
