Does anyone have good links to free texture (particularly seamless tile-like ground textures) and sound collections that may be used in a commercial project?

I know that this thread is a few months old, but, if you are still interested, Yughues on OpenGameArt has a bunch of CC0 tiling textures. He has released over 60 packs of textures, each pack containing about five or six textures.

Of course, OGA in general is a good place to find liberally licensed video game assets.
