Modular Level Design with Lightmaps

Hi! This is an attempt at creating a modularly designed level
in Blender and then converting it to a "*.irr" & "*.irrmesh"
pair which is opened by an Irrlicht Application.

The concept of "Many Tileable Texture Images" AND a "Single Lightmap" in terms
of TWO UV sets for a single object is quite usefull.
I could however find no way to do this other than using Blender and "Tubras"'s
very cool "IRRB" Blender Python Plugins.
I use Blender 2.49 (these IRRB plugins), Blender 2.75 and
"Alias Wavefront"'s "*.obj" during the process.
I have TWO UV's in a single 3D model exported as TWO separate
"*.obj"s, re-imported into Blender 2.49 with "UV Copying to a second UV map" applied
before exporting it as an "irrlicht irr" (see "Tubras" IRRB for how).

It is only a section of a bigger system I hope to develop.
I hope you like it and can give me some pointers on level design.

You can get the complete Project and a precompiled "*.exe" (3.3 Megs) here:

A Screenshot test..
A newer Tubras IRRB Plugin for Blender 2.7x seems to work better than the older more complex one..
