Rust-lang

Anyone use Rust? I'm not fond of languages based on C (for a number of reasons), but seems like many langs I like are built on it. Anyways...
haven't used it, but I've considered doing so.
I have some issues with C family languages as well, but given that no other language family has the features and performance I'm looking for in particular I merely accept that C family languages are my only real choice and make the best of it.
