Why it is "has had to"?

Susan called early this morning. She's unhappy because she's had to go to Chicago on a business trip and can't leave till tonight. She wants to be here for Grandpa.

Sorry for posting the question here. :cry: I think I know the rules of The Present Perfect Tense , but,this sentence is not as clear as "It has rained for 2 days." or "I 've seen the film."
P.S. I 'm not a troll. Though it 's ridiculous to ask grammar question here, I just think programmers are more smart to explain things than other people...

Uh OK. Not my native language but sentence sounds better to me without the 's.

（and as I know， many native speakers also be confused about Perfect Tense or something ）

People randomly add words like "has" because they feel like they are missing something. It's like "got". e.g. "I have to go home" becomes "I've to go home", which sounds funny, so it becomes "I've got to go home", which is actually "I have got to go home", which is redundant.
