2022 flashlight / torch competition.

use old or new code for making Irrlicht torch or flashlight code. winner decided at end of the year but results can be posted sooner to stimulate the competition and yeild better code.

one thing i would like to see from xeffects is a single step ability where it only renders when called or with a time delay like every 30 FPS
