Seamless world tutorials have dead links

I just found this engine a few days ago and am interested in making a seamless world. The links for this tutorial are dead....and I can't find valid links on google, forum or on http://www.saigumi.net website.

Anyone have a valid link or if anyone could email them to me would be much appreciated.

Or am I simply blind.

Sweet! I've been trying to find a copy of these so that they could be reposted. The only thing I have is the source code and haven't felt like rewriting the whole thing.
