ITerrainSceneNode

Irrlicht.Net is no longer developed or supported, Irrlicht.Net Cross Platform is a much more complete wrapper. Please ask your C# related questions on their forums first.

I cannot find the ITerrainSceneNode in the .net classes - is this not yet implemented? or am i just looking in the wrong place?

Nope, I'm afraid you're right. It obviously hasn't been implemented yet....
Soon, fingers crossed! (Mind you, it's the particle system and dynamic shadows I am hoping for in the next release!)

I have to program another wrapper for the net click on the bond
