Irrlicht Engine

Hello,

I've seen very nice effects, most of them use so called "shaders".
How can I use them with irrlicht and where do I download them?

I am particilly interested in this bloom shader demostrated below.

I have seen the tutorial on using shaders with irrlicht but I din't quite get all of it...

What type of ilumination can use this game for it looks too real??
