Latest Nvidia (7.xx) do not display an override refresh rate possibility anymore. So you get caught again by the old 60 Hz bug. People with some old (but good) huge fixed frequency monitor are out of luck. Hmm, not necessarily. Here is how to reactivate the thingy:
Registry editor.
Browse to path "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\NVTweak".
Create new DWORD "NvCplDisableRefreshRatePage", value 0 (in hexadecimal).
Reboot.
Thats it.
