Irrlicht Engine

I have a problem loading a bsp file maked whit GTK radiant.
The problem is:
NO TEXTURES!!!, it's all black, and also the walls are divided (like triangles).
What i'm doing wrong?

please... i'm a new user of the engine... help me!!!!
