I would be glad to take a look on your framework. I think a stable implementation of the physX stuff would gain irrlicht for serious usage.
And i am not very experienced in c++ and 3d but could learn fast with stable code.
However i would be happy.

I build it with the latest Versions 1.4x and 2.8x
And after spawn 100 or up spheres i got a crash with similar results >> actor->addForce(forceVec)
looks like the actors are out of predefined memory.

it's soon shockwavesafe but development is in progress yet
You can use it for a Projectors its stable but not all features are yet available.
It will be shockwave save if its ready for release.
But check if no Timeout is enabled if you deliver CDs, the Xtra will be commercial.
