DST is to start at 2:00 a.m. on the second Sunday in March and revert to standard time on the first Sunday in November. For those people who wish to fix when their O/S changes to DST you can do one of the following.1.)Vista users, no fix is needed.
2.)Win XP users, install update KB928388 either from windows update or download it here.
3.)Win 2000 users, with Mainstream Support having ended you will need to download tzedit from microsoft Here and use it to manually edit the registry yourself.
4.)Win NT 4.0 and Win 9x users the Win 2000 fix above should work for you.
