Where is Tilde key?

I can't see its key code.

From a test it seems to be 223. I assume you mean the key in the top left under ESC as it's in a different place on my keyboard layout.

On my keyboards, 223 (0xDF) is generated by ` rather than ~, although as you say, it's dependent on keyboard layout and localisation. On my keyboard, ~ (actually, #) generates 0xDE.

You could add these codes to keycodes.h if you like.
