this new type of interaction/interface stuff is interesting.

innovative intuitive inspiring

it has always been my dream to play chess like luke on a 3d board.

it will always be my dream to give mankind a new way to play.

without our dreams and without our play the work is nothing more then survival and at that point there is nothing to separate us from the apes or the dirt.

also anyone seen this one? a musical version.
they call it reac-table oh they are so witty aren't they? *giggle*

here's something else I stumbled upon.

the borman project

a new type of hydrofoil.

what will our future look like?
super speed boats that ride like a cadillac
flying turbine car/jets
cities on the sea

this makes me wonder what NASA is planning.

wow thats really cool I heard sony was working on something like that also.

only there is a major flaw in the design of a brain sensor that everyone obviously fails to see.

your mind can control your hand you can think of your girlfriend while using a controller.. but with your mind? how do you pause control?

hopefully they have a solution otherwise this will be as dull and boring as second life and that has the only controls ill ever need good old mouse and keyboard.

Not much of a reader but a quick search told me all I need to know about him.

If I did read his would be among my favorites I'm sure.

eh, gibson is a competant writer, but i dont think he really "started" cyberpunk, and in any case i think the real masterpeice of the genre is snow crash, by neal stephenson. the "internet" depicted in that one reminds me of secondlife with VR. neat stuff.
gotta love US government inc.
