Again... / Visual C++

Post by leeroyjenkins »

When I try to make a New File (not a project), it won't let me compile it. I searched through the manual, but nothing came up.

Thanks.

Also, there's a spam topic called "Auto Insurance Online".

Visual c++ can't compile files without a project.

You could try to manually call the cl.exe and link.exe, but creating a project is simplier
Software documentation is like sex. If it's good you want more. If it's bad it's better than nothing.

you could just make a project for testing, then have a single source file in it.
