my3d plugins for 3ds max v8 or v9
i have created a textured model & i want to export in my3d format. so is there any my3d plugins to export from 3ds max v8/v9 model to .my3d format

So perhaps you can replace the include and lib folders with the ones in max9 sdk and recompile it. Although I'm sure many things changed from Max8 to 9 sdk. So someone with a good understanding of Max SDK should update the new stuff.

Hey, not sure if this is just a fact of life or a bug when using the my3d plugin for 3ds max 7 on 3ds max 8 but if I set the ambient light in 3ds max it doesn't show up that way in irrlicht. Is this just how it works? Am I the only one experencing this, and does anybody have a way around it?
When 3ds max renders the lightmapped bitmaps they look like the ambient light was applied but it just doesn't show that extra light in irrlicht.
