For my own purposes, I updated David C. Andrews' awesome "chalkboard" raknet+irrlicht tutorial to use irrlicht 1.3.1 and the newest raknet, 3.0 beta.
I thought since there were some less-than-minor changes to the way raknet works since he originally wrote it, i'd share the source...

That's awesome man, thanks for updating it. When I wrote that I had no diea it would be in such high demand. It's been accessed over 5000 times in the past 3 months alone.

I got married back in October 06, and man it's a totally different world. I've been doing a lot of side work as a programming consultant also, so I don't have too much time to work on my personal projects. I've had an idea for a programming for beginners website for months now that I can't even get started on because I don't have the time.
As for Dusty Engine, I'm still very pleased with the engine itself. I worked long hours to get the functionality from the engine that I wanted. I have a few projects planned that I want to work on with it; but can't do that until my consulting thing lets me quit my day job
I think it will exist as is for quite some time; and my goal now is not to re-work or re-engineer the engine but to fix compatibility bugs that crop up and to make more games with it. I would also like to write more tutorials on how to do things with the engine, because I think it has a little bit of a learning curve.
