Visual C++ Express Start Page

I want to start hacking up the visual express start page. But I can't find it.... :\ Is it nested as a resource in some DLL... Anyone know?

i think its more likely to be an XML file stored somewhere, most of the visual studio express resoures are in XML files IIRC
