utility for for HDD

utility for for HDD

is there any utility that will move files on the HDD to the front of the partition? defragmenters dont seem to do the trick. Any ideas?

i've got a little utility here with me. however its windows only (i haven't tested it with wine) it'll help you recover any recoverable file, or clean off the lot of them.
