Damn nice screenies you got there!

Are you planning on doing anything with the tree billboards? It seems to be the only thing that detracts me from the scene. And perhaps a little gaussian blur too ^^

Are you going to be looking for development help? If so, bear in mind that you'll have to obtain the copyright owners' permission to change the license (or ask or pay them to assign copyright to you, which is actually neater if you can manage it).

I'll be keeping an eye on this one, it's looking great.

So it will be like San Andreas.
Yes, it will be like SA, but NOT another clone of it. For two reasons :
1. I can't top that game, it's Rockstar we're talking about! :D
2. No one will want to play it, because they can play SA.

Right now I have a strange (I think) concept in my mind that I'm trying to implement in this game. Yes, It will be about open scenery and modern times and thus looking like SA, but I want it to give s simmilar feeling like Diablo or Gothic has, a feeling of exploration,to be captivated and enjoying the whole world, like reading a book, not just jumping from car to car and shooting pedestrians.

Yes I hate my trees right now, I'll definetly change them.
I want them to move in the wind and maybe (I really hope so :D) cast shadows.

No. I want to finish this alone. It's been over an year now since I started work on this project, and I learned a lot in programming, moddeling, texturing, audio,game design etc., and I like it this way.
I'll be keeping an eye on this one, it's looking great.

So when can we see some new shots? I know it takes a lot of work, but what you have so far is really nice, and I'd like to see more.

LE: here's a short video I made about one of the characters in the game. Nothing fancy so far, but it's the first video of a series of videos that I'll make about characters and envirements, weapons and vehicles etc., somewhat like a devlog.

Not yet, I have a human model made, but it's not yet implemented in the game. I'll add characters after I'm done with the envirement and world geometry.

For fun, I tried one of the city levels (world1_1.dmf) in my game engine and I was surprised that it loaded first time and I was able to drive a vehicle around it. Lot's of fun. :D I could make a demo but I'd need permission to use and distribute the map.

Anyway, I grabbed a screenshot:

Ok, you can make a demo, I've already started work on a different map, that old city map is just for testing. Just put my name in a readme file or something.
