Part of a license I don't understand..

I think I'm going to use The Educational Community License 1.0 license but I'm not 100% sure that I understood what is part of the license mean due to the fact that English is not my home language.
Permission to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, and
sublicense this Original Work and its documentation, with or without
modification, for any purpose, and without fee or royalty to the
copyright holder(s) is hereby granted, provided that you include the
following on ALL copies of the Original Work or portions thereof,
including modifications or derivatives, that you make:
Does it mean there ISN'T permission to Sell the product that uses my code?

You got the right to publish & distribute (selling is part of that) and you don't have to pay fee's for that to anyone. The without fee part does only tell you that you do not have to pay a fee to the original author.

So go ahead and sell and don't worry about it :-)

Edit: I did just read the license and you have to do somehting.
1. Add that license whenever you distribute something which contains code which uses that license.
2. If you change anything on the code which you used, then add a file which describes what you have changed.
