There are so many design patterns that I can't decide which one is the best for me.
Does anybody knows of a design pattern which is intended for easy code maintenance?
Which Design pattern is good for easy maintenance?

No, but I bet you could persuade a peppy consultant in a sports jacket to accept $1000 in return for lecturing you on why their pet pattern is better than everyone elses.
You may gather from that that I am somewhat skeptical about the practical utility of design patterns.
As a pragmatic suggestion, try to imagine that you're coming back to your project cold after a 2 year gap, and architect and code it on that basis. It can help to look at a 3rd party body of code, note all the things about it that make it hard to understand (like ovly trs vrbl nms), and then 'fix' those issues in your code.

Please upload candidate patches to the tracker.

I wouldn't worry about it too much... Just go with what is there and you'll develop your own "style" in time...
Design patterns are like opinions, everybody has one, and each think it's the "best" going...
BTW you might consider losing the tagline... it's worn out and it's hypocritical considering your using a MicroSoft compiler and IDE..
