looking for someone who can act as lead programmer/mentor

Dear reader,

I head a game development department of a company based in India and one of the project teams is using Irrlicht on a project (I just joined this company & this team has been using Irrlicht for a little less than 2 months). They have created a very basic tech demo. The hardware is a low end PC;

I am looking for a contract programmer who is extremely comfortable with Irrlicht & who can lead the development of this project. We are looking for someone who can act as the lead programmer and guide, technically direct/mentor the team in India to deliver a high quality product in a fairly short time. The actual programming work can either be done on site or remotely.

The budget for this game is not very large but there are potentially 2 more projects lined up from the same client. Payment for this project would be milestone based.

Being a freelancer with the most Irrlicht experience of all of us I'd recommend contacting Niko (you will notice his mail adress on several places throughout the Irrlicht website ). And I'm out - I'm not doing freelancing at the moment as I'm full-time employed.
