I have Ubuntu and KDE C++ a new installation, I am finding it hard to get a .dll compiled... I got 127 errors following the instructions provided for compiling...
(They probably should be included atleast for Debian, Fedora, Ubuntu and Redhat or Available Via a Separate Download)...

What's the errors about? Have you installed all the libraries required?

linux, no DLL's
There are no DLL's on Linux, Irrlicht on linux compiles as a static Library.

Yeah but there are no DLLs in linux, unless you are using MingW32 to cross-compile or something.
There are .so however, shared libraries which are similar in nature.
