help with browser based fps

help with browser based fps

my team has been working on a fps (ex. halo .... bc someone always asks what it means )

but we are having trouble with getting it to run through the browser..

we have kinda forgotten how

it keeps downloading our files when we go to it

I don't think anyone on here would wonder what an fps was :lol:

Have you ever had C++ code working in a browser? What are you doing at the moment to get it running? Hopefully you're not just uploading the .exe to webspace and expecting it to run in the browser when you click it :lol:

You can certainly run jIrr (java version of irrlicht) in a browser.

Personally i have no experience of running either in a browser though.

Wow, either you've forgotten really fast, or you never actually knew in the first place.

Asking in the Jirr part of the forum might get you some more specific help. Flim-flamming us by pretending that you've ever had it working and have just "forgotten how" will probably not help you at all.
Please upload candidate patches to the tracker.
