i hope im not just dumb

whenever i went to compile one of the examples, my dev-c++ gave me a list of errors in the aabox.h file
it said something like .... " /| is not a valid exit statement " or something...
im pretty weak on my c++ so, i was just wondering if anyone else had any problems compiling them....
i made sure to include all the right directories.... so im confused...
