Whats with the guys in those blue suits for the game dev videos. I thought it was called CGI but after a google search found something completly differnt. Does anyone know what it is and what its used for?

Motion Capture?

Blue/Black skin-tight suits with little Velcro balls around their entire body? If so, it is commonly used to capture realistic animations to be tied to a CGI model.
